General Meeting and Registration Details

Early Bird Registration: Members and guests receive a $5 discount off the standard Member ($30) and Guest ($35) fee when they register no later than 12:00 noon on the Friday before the scheduled monthly meeting.

Please note: Beginning with the May 2004 meeting, all prices will increase by $5.00. Check back for more details soon.

Cancellation Policy

In order to honor our contractual commitments with the Westin Hotel and keep our meetings costs for members and guests at an affordable and consistent rate, we have implemented the following cancellation policies:

Cancellations for a previously made reservation are accepted no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting. This policy is based on the fact that our chapter is responsible for payment to the hotel for the cost of the dinner once a reservation is made.

If you make a reservation and cannot attend or cancel less than 24 hours prior to the meeting, we ask that you keep your membership in good standing by sending your meeting fee (payable to ASTD) to:
