- west of I-95)
Host: Mary at Broward Community College
Cost: $15 for members, $20 for guests (membership is $40.00)
Shannon Wallis will present "Visioning for Results",
based on Peter Senge's Learning Organization Model (Mindmapping
discussion is postponed due to travel conflicts with discussion
leaders).
Her discussion will:
- Explain how she uses the program with clients.
- Introduce the Five Learning Disciplines, focusing on Personal
Mastery.
- Discuss the primary aspects of Personal Mastery: The Path
of Least Resistance; Creative Orientation and Creative Tension.
- Lead a guided meditation to enable participants to create
a personal vision.
- Use interactive tools to engage the group.
Participants will become acquainted with Learning Organization
theory (based on systems thinking, mental models, personal
mastery, shared vision and team learning). Each session will
be extremely interactive.
Shannon has recently moved to South Florida from Spain, where
she previously worked for the Coca-Cola Company extensively
with the Learning Organization Model. You don't want to miss
this opportunity!
